Master's tip:
Apply drops of the base with a thin brush to the spots where the rhinestones will be placed. "Plant" the rhinestones by gently submerging them in the drop. Dry under the UV/LED lamp for 10 – 15 seconds. Then, with a thin brush soaked in Base Coat, outline the "planted" rhinestones. Dry in the combi lamp for 10 – 15 seconds. Coat the design with UV/LED fixer. Polymerize for 2 minutes in the UV lamp, 60 seconds in LED or UV/LED lamps.
